Partner With Razor Aquatics & Support Youth Swimming
Each year, Razor Aquatics hosts one major fundraising campaign to sustain and grow our competitive swim program and swim education pathways within our community. You can find the full breakdown of our annual fundraiser here.
As a coach-owned, independent swim team, we rely on community support to help cover operating costs such as pool time, coaching staff, and training resources while keeping participation affordable for families.
To strengthen community involvement, we invite local businesses to participate in our Sponsor of the Week Challenge.
Important Dates
Fundraiser Launch: February 21, 2026 at 5:00pm
Fundraising Ends: March 21, 2026 at 11:59pm
Laser Tag Tournament: March 28, 2026 at Zap Zone in Taylor
What Is the Sponsor of the Week Challenge?
During our four-week fundraising campaign, we highlight one group of local businesses each week and invite them to participate in a friendly sponsorship challenge.
Each participating business contributes at least $500 to the fundraiser, and the business that contributes the most during that week becomes our Sponsor of the Week. Our sponsor of the week is acknowledged on our website and social media posts for the next week.
This approach allows businesses to support youth athletics while gaining positive community recognition.
Weekly Sponsor Challenge Schedule
• Week 1 – Restaurant & Food Business Challenge
• Week 2 – Health & Wellness Business Challenge
• Week 3 – Professional Services Business Challenge
• Week 4 – Community Business/Organization Challenge
Businesses may participate in their designated week or during Community Challenge Week.
At campaign conclusion, we also recognize a Community Impact Business Champion, highlighting a Black-owned business making significant contributions to youth swim access and safety. That sponsor will be recognized on our website and in our social media posts for the following week.
How Businesses Participate
Participation is simple:
Businesses contribute a sponsorship donation starting at $500 during their designated week.
Donations support team operations and swim education access.
The highest contributing business that week becomes Sponsor of the Week.
All contributions directly support youth development through competitive swimming and swim education.
Sponsor Recognition
Sponsor of the Week businesses receive:
• Recognition across team social media platforms
• Public thank-you posts to our community network
• Team appreciation photo or visit
• Recognition during team activities and events
• Opportunity to display partnership within their business location
Our goal is to create meaningful partnerships, not just one-time donations.

Sponsorship Contribution Guidelines
Businesses may contribute any amount they choose, but eligibility for Sponsor of the Week starts at $500. Higher contributions increase chances of becoming Sponsor of the Week.
Contributions go directly toward sustaining the team and expanding swim education opportunities.
